Returnable situations

You can apply for a return or exchange in the following situations:

  1. The received product has obvious quality problems (such as damage, open lines, stains, etc.);
  2. The received product does not match the order (such as wrong model, color, size);
  3. The product is severely damaged during transportation, and you provide complete photo proof within 48 hours of signing for it;
  4. The product is unopened and unused, and you apply for a return within 14 days of receipt.

Non-returnable situations

In order to protect the hygiene rights of all customers, the following products are not returnable (unless there are quality issues):

  1. Unsealed/tried bedding products such as pillows, pillowcases, and cushions;
  2. Unsealed products that touch the skin or the ground;
  3. Returns due to personal subjective preferences, such as dislike of color, unsuitable hardness, etc.;
  4. Products that have been washed, modified, or damaged by abnormal use;

Return requirements (applicable within 14 days after receiving the goods)

In the following cases, we accept returns and provide full refunds:

  1. The goods are damaged or broken during transportation;
  2. The goods do not match the style, size, and material of your order;
  3. The product description is obviously inconsistent with the actual product;
  4. The received goods are not the goods you ordered.

Please note: If more than 14 days after receipt, the return application will be deemed invalid, and the system will automatically assume that you have accepted the order.

Please provide the following materials so that we can review the return eligibility:

  1. Shipping label/logistics receipt
  2. Order purchase receipt
  3. Clear photos of product defects or problems
  4. Screenshots of emails or related evidence of communication with us

Return and refund process

  2. We will reply within 2 to 3 working days whether you meet the return conditions. Please turn on the email notification and wait patiently for our reply.
  3. Once it is confirmed that the return criteria are met, we will provide a return address. Please do not send the package back by yourself before receiving the confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for such returns.
  4. After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 2 working days. The refund will be returned to the original route and include the shipping fee you paid.
